our client a leading Oil and Gas Government Organization in UAE is seeking to recruit a learning and education advisor. Applicants should have a bachelor degree with minimum ten  years of oil and gas experience including three years as in training.

The incumbent would require performing the following job responsibility to prepare relevant training schedules based on the actual needs, write, develop & update training modules & prepare other training materials, assist in implementing competency assurance system-development program for technicians, operators, sr. technicians & sr. operators and assist in implementing competency assurance management system-development frame work and personal development plan for UAE graduate, etc...

Advanced computer skills including software packages, English fluent & strong leadership and relevant attended HSE courses are required.
