Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that servers and laptop parameters are set in compliance with the company’s standards, configuration and troubleshooting of client desktops, laptops, network multi-functions and corporate application, CPU utilization, network bandwidth, memory usage and maintenance and update of IT asset register and software license.

Qualification Requirements

 The successful applicant must be Degree educated in Computer Science. Have at least two years corporate systems and network support, sound knowledge and understanding of IT networks switches, firewalls, routers, VPN. Microsoft exchange server 2003 and Windows Server 2003. Good understanding of NAS and SAN storage and PDA sync technologies including IPhone and Blackberry.
