Responsibilities:
> Prepare delegate packs and papers.
> Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire.
> Liaising with clients to determine their exact requirements.
> Arranging room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations.
> Communicating with clients and designers to create a brand for the exhibition and organizing the production of posters, catalog, tickets and sales brochures.
> Arrange facilities for security, first aid, hospitality, car parking, traffic control, and the media.
> Manage staffing requirements and briefings for the show.
> Organize suppliers and managing client queries and challenges on the day of the exhibition to ensure that all goes as planned.
> Sell sponsorship / stand / exhibition spaces to potential exhibitors / partners.
> Post-show analysis to produce reports for exhibition stakeholders.
