Job Description Job Purpose/Summary: To provide functional support and expand capabilities in the areas of client development & management, project management, programming, and administration. This function provides the initial step in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions. The role requires the ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients and to look for business opportunities that are used to develop detailed business and technical specifications, projected costs and proposals. Roles & Responsibilities ·Manage all work teams including technical, creative, and production, as well external suppliers and contractors ·Interface with clients to scope projects, manage budgets and direct the development cycle from inception to completion ·Acting as moderator for forums, mailing lists or other collaborative tools ·Coordinate, develop, manage, edit, proofread and organize the Platform’s online content which will require using the SharePoint content management system. ·Working directly with internal teams to facilitate publishing of specific data to the web & Ensure each department is keeping their portion current and up to date. ·Working directly with internal teams to facilitate publishing of specific data to the web & Ensure each department is keeping their portion current and up to date. ·Updating the content on periodic basis based on changes in product, and marketing material ·Familiarization with the Foundation's programs & Work cooperatively with vendors. ·Assure web based information is archived for future needs and reference. ·Perform other duties as required by the Direct line manager. Role Requirements (Skills & Experience): ·Technical Knowledge: MS .NET 2.0, C#, MS SQL 2005, Visual Studio 2005 and very strong understanding of web 2.0 technologies and practices ·Familiarity with social media and communication/collaboration tools such as IM, forums, wikis, content management systems, etc. ·Has extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies ·able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business and marketing requirements to translate into a project plans ·look for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, both internally and externally ·Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure ·Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects. ·Experience in Webmaster, Web Content Manager or related position ·Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS ·Excellent communication skills, particularly in coordinating the programming work of developers and the creative work of content text writers Minimum Academic (equivalent) Education & years of experience: 4-Yr College Degree with 2 - 4 yrs Nationality: UAE
