Credentials

• Bachelor Degree as a minimum in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Certified PMP

• 10+ years experience in the area of architecture and engineering with extensive experience in project management;

• Demonstrated experience in the effective project management supervision of construction projects, preferably schools

• Experience in developing feasibility studies for the construction of new buildings, preferably schools.

Description

 Supervise and manage the construction of new schools from start to finish, in particular the co-ordination of tasks providing support to meet the resource requirement of construction projects;

 Liaise with construction project management and consultants to ensure a high quality of construction work;

 Research and build relationships with contractors, and provide cost benefit analysis of different providers, assessing their services against specific school needs;
