PRO CUM HR EXECUTIVE
REQUIRED A qualified and experienced PRO cum HR Administrator required for a company in Abu Dhabi. Wanted PRO, well-versed in Labor Laws and Govt.
procedures, with prior experience. In this position, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for maintaining the company’s legal documents, organizing labour
cards and visa requirements for new
hires, managing the end-to-end immigration process, assisting all employees with documentation to acquire bank accounts, etc.You will also develop and maintain an effective visa
tracking system, update all new rules and regulations of labour / immigration departments. You will be responsible for maintaining employee
records, leave schedules, arranging air tickets, accommodation, health insurance, vehicle insurance and registrations, etc. To be successful in this position, you must have a
minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior PRO, be fluent in English & Arabic and fully conversant with the UAE labour and immigration laws. Ideally, you will possess a Degree or
Diploma and have worked in a reputed organization with a highly executive oriented staff base. Good package offered to the right candidate.
