Job description
Receiving of service orders issued by Corporate customers, retail customers and retailers. Issuance of Delivery Orders against them thru WAMS.
Receiving of Purchase orders for Accessories from retailers and issuance of Delivery Orders for UAE sales thru WAMS.
Follow up with the courier agents for delivery of BlackBerry devices and Accessories. Obtain POD where ever required.
Maintenance of issue register daily.
Preparation of weekly sales report.
Response to the ticket issues.
Addressing of delivery related queries for Corporate, retail customers and retailers
Qualifications
Bachelors degree .
Fluent in english and arabic.
