REGIONAL SALES TRAINING MANAGER
Manager is required for an industry leading and worldwide cut crystal company. Within this role, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering sales training sessions to all levels of sales staff within both single and multi-brand retail operations. In addition, you will engage in “train the trainer” activities, coach and develop existing sales consultants, train new sales staff, support the management with budgeting and be the sole point of contact within the business for training-related matters and issues. Successful applicants will demonstrate in excess of three years experience of delivering retail sales training sessions.You will also have a background in branded consumer goods. Flexibility and the willingness to travel are essential. You will be fluent in both Arabic and English. Only Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
