We are a real estate development company with a prestigious project in Manama. We are seeking a sales manager with strong background in the real estate business within the GCC.

The company is offering an attractive package plus commission on sales.

Job responsibilities:

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Prospect for new customers and maintain accurate record of the customer's details and interest.

Maintain relationship with new client and provide information to maximize sales volume. Ensure that all marketing collaterals and sales tools are available.

Participate in exhibitions to represent the company and gain market knowledge as well as recommend appropriate sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business Administration / MSC would be an advantage

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the sales of real-estate business in the GCC

• Strong personality, communication skills and analytical skills.
