The bank strives to set standards of excellence, achieve performance and growth through improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitive positioning, market share, etc. The Management Trainee Programme is designed to build on your ambitions and set you up for success. The incumbent should have the passion to learn and develop new skills in the banking Industry and will be trained in various banking operations like Treasury, Trade finance, Cash Management and other operations in the bank and after 6 months will be promoted to Officers in Various departments. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Arabic will be essential for the role.
