Job Description : Head of Brokerage, Saudi Arabia
A Middle East based financial investment house is looking for a Head of Brokerage to join its dynamic team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve business targets in terms of volumes, market share and profits across all business segments.
• Implement the development of the brokerage business to foreign / domestic institutions, corporate bodies and High Net Worth individuals.
• Plan and lead the development of new service delivery channels and other tie-ups to enhance market share.
• Formulate and review training programs and the on going product / other relevant refreshers for the brokerage team.
• Ensure the business is run in compliance with all local / international regulations.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, ideally with additional professional certifications and must have passed all required CMA courses.
• Minimum 10 years experience at a top-20 brokerage firm in Saudi in a marketing or trading role of which, at least 5 years must be in leading a team, including marketing / trading / mid-office.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic required.
