- A bachelors degree in Civil engineering

- Minimum 10 years as a Hollow Core `,.dud- Manager

• High level of organizing skills 
- Develop and maintain productive client and staff relationship 
- Proven skills  In time management and prioritization tasks .
- experience must reflect team leadership roles and the ability of effectively manage the work flow of multiple tasks with divergent requirements and deadlines.
