Account Manager. You Will Be Responsible for Supporting Restaurant Operations and Accounting By Performing all Areas of Restaurant Accounting Including Accruals, Allocations, and other Activities. this Position Will Perform Review and Analysis of Restaurant Financial Information. Additional Duties Will Include Supporting the Corporate Accounting Team Through Review of Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations. Essential Functions: Provide Day to Day Restaurant Accounting Support to Restaurant Operations Manage all Aspects of Accounting for Edison Hotel Locations Ensure Accuracy of Revenue and Inventory Information Transferred from the Restaurant Back Office Systems to the Gl Assist in the Monthly Close Process for Restaurants Coordinate Monthly Restaurant Financial Review Process Perform Monthly Variance Analysis On Restaurant Financials Assist with Financial Reporting and Analysis for Canadian Operations Liaison Between Supply Chain Department and Accounting to Ensure Proper Accounting of Vendor and Distribution Contracts. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; Cpa Preferred. Minimum of 3 Years Corporate/public Accounting Experience. Preference Towards Industry Experience with Consumer-based, Multi-site Operations such as Food & Beverage (restaurant), Retail, Hospitality, or other Consumer-based Businesses. Experience with Essbase And/or Oracle Business Intelligence Preferred. Ability to Interpret and Apply Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Requirements. Strong Analytical/problem Solving Skills. Strong Communication Skills. Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment and Within the Company Culture.
