* Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Infrastructure.�

* This position will work under the technical lead�Consultant of Network Operations Center.

* Writing technical documents and Knowledge Base.

* Working with Nortel and Cisco Technologies.

* Trouble Shoot client Connectivity Issues.

* Taking Care of all issues related to end user�support

* Working Closely with the Network Team, sharing�new ideas and Plans for Improvement.

* The position will have 1st tier support to the�internal users.�

* Properly documents all Technical issues.

* Carry out installation of software solutions or�pre-configure systems before shipping them to the�Branches.

Qualification Requirements:�

* University Graduate or Diploma Holder.

* Three to five year demonstrable Experience in Relevant�
Technologies.

* Knowledge of L2 and L3 devices.

* Knowledge of three layers Architecture.

* CCNA and MCSE Certifications are Must either.

* Basic knowledge of routing protocols.

* fast learner, could work in flexible timing.
