A very large contracting group, we are recruiting a Managing Director for one of their divisions. Your responsibilities will be studying projects and tenders, preparing the estimation and pricing for the project, monitoring regularly with the Project Manager - the site progress, supervising the production, checking and signing all deliveries, invoices, quotations, letters, LPOs, payment certificates, receiving daily, weekly, monthly reports from all departments and monitoring performance, finding new markets and opportunities.
