JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess post secondary education in related food science studies or public health is needed.
> Work experience of 1 to 2 years in the fields of Public Health / Food Science / Laundry industries.
> Work experience of 3 to 5 years in Hygiene, GMPs, HACCP, Risk Management and ISO 22000 is needed.
> Experience in Restaurants, Hotels or Food industries is essential.
> Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential.
> Should possess a strong knowledge of Food Safety/Quality Assurance legislation and practices
> Applicants should possess a proven training experience
> Need skills in MS-Office.
> Having bilingual skills will be an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Provide HACCP based Basic Food Hygiene Training course for all Food and Beverage staff with certification.
> Provide RABC based Public health Training course for all Barber Shops and Laundries, Beverage staff with certification.
