JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be an Engineer graduate.
> Should possess work experience of 3 to 10 years.
> Good communication skills in English is essential,skills in French will be an advantage.
> Need ability to debug data and voice protocols (ISDN, SIP, Ethereal/ WireShark, …).
> Experience in Networking and telecommunication environment.
> Need good understanding in VoIP technology (SIP protocol recommended).
> Possess experience in the access and broadband area.
> Applicants should be a customer minded,stress resistant and a problem solver personality.
> Cisco certification recommended.
> Should be willing to travel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Provide technical support to the companies products to direct customers being an interface between external and internal parties.
> Representing the company as a product and technology specialist.
> Assist in pre-sales consultancy, demo and POC.
> Deliver when needed assistance and/or training on site.
> Participate to validation testing in both company labs and Customer labs.
> Manage customer issues reported in our web ticketing system
> Follow-up of issues with R&D.
> Participate to technical documentation (application notes, configuration examples, test plans, …).
