Requirements:

• 3- 5 years relevant experience in a deluxe Health Club

• A Team Leader

• Creative thinker; able to implement new ideas and creatively alter existing programs

• Strong time management skills

• Able to train and develop staff

• Strong sales skills

• Must be a skilled and persuasive communicator

• Personable and friendly with all personality type
