Educational qualification: Basic - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) ( Law ) , PG - Master of Laws (LLM) ( Law )
Job description:
• Prepare, advise and review all forms of legal agreements. • To provide legal support to the group to be a contact for legal issues. Assist other business units in developing and drafting their policies/ regulations ensuring customer & commercial focus also compliance. Advice and draft on specific focus areas i.e. mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and corporate secretariat. • Manage Litigation. • Protect the intellectual property / trademark / brand through the establishment of suitable legal processes.
