Job description

1. Software Development 

2. Database Administration; a.Security of the Database b.Fixing day to day problems (Majors / Student Information / Transcripts) 

3. Weekly Maintenance of Online E-Register 

4. Software & Database Documentation 

5. Administrating Attendance E-Register / Early Registration / Mid-Term Warnings 

6. Generating Reports / Statistics 

7. Conducting Teacher’s Evaluation 

8. Facilitating during registration period 

9. Entering Final Grades / Schedules


Qualifications

1. A minimum of a Computer Diploma with a special concentration on Data base management. A Bachelor degree is preferable. 

2. Fluency in English language. 

3. Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field. 

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

5. Possesses computer skills.
