Job description
Requirement for our Naffora Project. These categories are for the construction of Samsung Engineering facilities in Saudi Arabia with having an area of 50, 000 sq.m. which includes the Administration Building, Traning Center, 5 Star Accommodation, Recreational Center, Convention Center, etc. The duration of this project is 2.5 years. B.E. Civil Engineering, Planning Manangement / Project Management . Five years of experience in Building construction. Professional knowledge in Project Management, building codes and standards construction methods and procedures and primavera. Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Time management skills, Planning and organizing skills, Strong analytical skills, Problem solving skills. Ensuring a clear understanding of contracts and clarifying conflicts by preparing requests for information (RFIs) when needed, Providing technical assistance to the staff and finding ways to increase the quality of work and the staff productivity, Managing staff performance and vetting subcontractors work to ensure that all projects are being executed as per the prepared specifications, in addition to preparing reports concerning the status of engineering activities in conjunction with project schedules.
