Responsibilities

· Effectively managing the large sales teams and ensuring effectiveness

· Implementing business procedures and policies and insuring communication throughout the sales force

· Leading, motivating and coaching

· Monitoring and controlling sales budgets and all necessary financial controls (credit policy, discount policy and management of receivables)


Requirements

· Documented success records

· Excellent Arabic and English skills

· Good foundation in finance/financial analysis, planning and budgeting.
