Requirement:
•CIPD qualification preferred
•Around 5 years of experience, ideally in banking/financial industry exposure with an understanding of compensation practices in global 
industries. 
•Must have previous hands on experience in HRMS Oracle implementation. 
•Strong English and Arabic communication
