Job Description Shall be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the management of the company’s legal affairs/issues including negotiating & drafting contracts/documents, intellectual property issues, licensing & registration requirements, conduct research, give legal opinion & advise and manage & assist the outside counsel, when required. At least one year’s appropriate experience in UAE/ the Middle East as an in-house lawyer .
 
Desired Candidate's Profile
 
Profile • Law Degree from a recognized university. • Good understanding of Law. • Good drafting skills (in English). • Strong analytical and communication skills • Uncompromising ethical character. • Ability to provide responsive, business-oriented solutions • Should have adequate Computer knowledge. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent numerical & analytical skills. • Fluent in English • Ability in Arabic is desirable 

Education Basic - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) ( Law )
