Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, having a minimum of 20 years of experience with contractors. Must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious/best quality and complex high-rise building projects worth more than US$ 150M each, where an international consultancy company was involved. Must be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably have experience in the Middle East. The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with a strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a hands-on approach. Knowledge of steel structures will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills are a requirement.
