Area Manager - Insurance AM-001B

Job Location: Bahrain


Responsibilities:

• To ensure the efficient& effective running of a profitable branch.
• To manage, develop and motivate a team to deliver and meet business objectives by driving sales, quality and customer service standards.
• Drive Growth in Distribution.
• Drive Growth in Business through Active Agents, Case size.
• Drive growth in Trends through Activity Ratio, Case Size and Case Rate.
• Team Management.
• Coach, Train and support the Managers under him.
• Monitor and review their performance.
• Review and track the growth of managers to ensure that they achieve their individual budget.
• Build Distribution through Sales Leaders.
• Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards.


The ideal candidate should have the following Requirements:


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science or Master in Business Admin / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Post Graduate Program in Management in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales -Corporate or equivalent.
