Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior candidate to join a brand new project and make a real impact throughout the full project lifecycle. My client is building a mixed-use Mall and are currently looking to recruit a Construction Manager. Within this role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and will take responsibility for the successful management of the contractor’s teams at all stages from start to completion on time and in accordance with specification. You will ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented according to international standards and will have an excellent knowledge of local authorities regulations and requirements. You will participate in site meetings with required, closely monitor work progress on site and modify the site when required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
