Able to Handling client’s queries via e-mail and Correspondence, drafting letters, faxes and e-mail messages, collecting and analyzing information and initiating communications, travel arrangements, executive support, travel details and documents, hotel booking and dealing with the couriers sending and receiving, preparation of Quotations and Purchase orders. Preparation of invoices, Responsible for manage the leave records, attendance; arrange meeting, taking care of emails and attending the phone calls and pass it to concern person
