Looking for Bilingual Office Secretary cum Receptionist

Description: For our company office situated at Dabab Street in Riyadh, doing the business in IT & Telecom, we required an
Bilingual office secretary cum Receptionist(Male / Female age no bar married / unmarried) having the knowledge in computer
skils, writing letters / quotations etc.

 The working Hours during Saturday to Wednesday is from 9:00 AM to 1:00
PM and 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. During Thursday 9:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

The Candidate must possess following -

1. Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic
2. PC Skills - Word, Excel, powerpoint.
3. Arabic & English Typing very well
4. Excellent Telephone communication skills
5. Good Attitude with positive mind
6. Proactive & ability to take initiative
7. Team Player

JOB PROFILE

1. Handling incoming and outgoing Telephone Calls
2. Follow-up daily customer requirements
3. Documentation
4. Filing
5. Submitting reports on daily basis to the immediate Manager
