Job description
Plan maintenance activities, allocate resources and inspect to ensure trouble free and continuous operation of Instrumentation machinery and equipment. Analyze problems and recommend solutions to maximize availability of Instrumentation machinery and equipment. Plan and monitor spare parts level and expedite with store to ensure their availability for maintenance of Instrumentation machinery and equipment. Co-rdination with Production and other maintenance sections to ensure completion of all planned maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Instrumentation ).
Plan, Co-rdination, control and supervise maintenance activities to maximize availability of instrumentation and minimize maintenance costs.
Recommends new modificatiins and takes independent decisions.
Needs to maintain an active dialogue with his Foreman, Co-Supervisors, Superintendent and other sections personnel to ensure proper maintenance of jobs, planning and necessary follow up procedures.
