*�MSc in Geology and/or Geophysics are the minimum qualifications for the job.

*�PhD degree is preferable.

*�More than fifteen years varied industry experience, mainly in an operational environment.

*�A history of delivery at an excellent level of performance and minimum of three years in a supervisory or leadership role.

*�Industry-recognized authority in Geosciences, with the focus on Reservoir & Review Geology, with in-depth theoretical and practical experience.

*�Significant experience in application of geosciences in exploration, appraisal, well planning and execution field development, reservoir characterization, geological modeling and interface with reservoir simulation models.

* Have a working understanding of the capabilities/limitations.�
