> B.Sc degree in Petro Technical discipline. Advanced degree preferable.
> fifteen years experience in Drilling Engineering (design, analysis and optimization) of drilling, completions and work over activities.
> Strong analytical expertise, integration skills and planning ability.
> Provide expert support and advice for all study related activities.
> Facilitates introduction of strategic technologies that improves HSE, well design, reduces cost, increases well quality, maximizes recovery or improves work processes
