> Service Contracts Scope of Work preparation and Contract controlling.
> Planning resources and equipments required to carry out PM and CM activities.
> Budgeting the entire process operations and monitoring the maintenance operations.
> Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities which related to Gas Distribution Network.
> EE/ME/I&C maintenance activities including planning, material management and scheduling.
> Maintenance and overhauling of all type of equipments within the Gas Distribution Network.
