To work in Malaysian embassy at the UAE, an Interpreter/Liaison Officer is required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should posses the relevant Degree or Professional qualification.
> Should be able to demonstrate an acceptable standard of translating Arabic to English and vice versa, both written and oral at the diplomatic level.
> Work closely with the Ambassador and his officers in the translation of daily newspaper headlines and other relevant journals, in areas covering political, economy, culture and other issues; relevant to the advancement in diplomatic
relations between Malaysia and the UAE.
> Should possess a positive attitude and pleasant personality, with acumen for public relations work, especially in dealing with the local government departments in Abu Dhabi and liaison for high profile visits involving VIP and VVIP from both countries.
