Manage the Quality Assurance activities of the Bank and formulate strategy to ensure that the Bank maintains high quality standard of policy, procedures and its application in all business areas to improve competence and performance.
Review and revise the current Desk Top Procedures relating to all functions in the Bank in order to provide clear operational direction, rationalize operational procedures and meet quality standards.
Source, develop and motivate staff to maintain high degree of staff productivity, retention and professional growth.
