REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Mechanical Engineer.
> Experience of at least 5 years in bidding MEP jobs is needed.
POSITION DUTIES:
> Bidding for major projects.
> make sure that the scope of work is accurately interpreted.
> Review final estimate packages for accuracy/completeness.
> Prepare complete take-off, material pricing and labor during the bid process.
> Review specifications and project plans/drawings.
> Attending pre-bid meetings and prepares required bid documentation.
