JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a leading Real Estate company (for Riyadh).

Qualification Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree in Project Management/Planning/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

•5 years of experience in programming Real Estate, Construction and Project Management.

•Minimum 2 years of on-site construction experience as Supervisor / Site Engineer / QS / QC Engineer.

•Experience in Construction processes and methodologies.

•Knowledge in productivity and time and motion analysis is preferred.
