Responsibilities:
Establish practises and monitor procedures for using F&B items from various outlets ensuring a consistent process
Maintain a daily and cumulative monthly record of F&B requisition
Verify that standard purchase specifications are adhered to consistently
Skills & Experience:
Must be a Degree holder, preferably with Food/Hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills
High analytical skills
Fluency in written and spoken
