Job description

6 month renewable contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 
Must have experience with process development / process engineering and experience in developing business processes and procedures 
Knowledge of Oracle's Siebel CRM required.


Qualifications

-Good knowledge of eTOM and ITIL 
-Experience with process development / process engineering 
-Knowledge of Oracle's Siebel CRM 
-Experience in developing business processes and procedures 
-Strong analytical skills 
-Arabic language and asset
