Job Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Description: • Achieving production targets
• Proper utilization of manpower & Team Player
• Handling of Operation on PLC- SCADA machines.
• Proper attention on loading/unloading of tankers
• Ensuring fluent operation of drum dryer and spray dryer to minimize downtime
• Handle Ball Mill and Blender operation
• Proper attention on utilization of boilers, generators, cooling towers etc
• Proper attention on Reactors to avoid any losses
• Maintain raw material stock
• Ensure smooth raw material lifting
• Ensure proper labeling on sample bottles
• Coordination with QC department
• Attend to Breakdowns (Electrical and Maintenance work if any in the night shift)
• Undertake corrective actions in case of maintenance and automation problems
• Ensure safe working conditions

• Interview at New Mumbai Pawne Location.
• Passport Holding Individual Preferred.
• Company sharing bachelor accommodation, 30 days leave, ticket to India once in a two years (applicable for UAE).

Candidate Requirement
• Responsible for production by controlling & monitoring desired process parameters.
• Handling manpower and handling shift individually.
• Ensure Operation of plant as per SOP and BMR.
• To achieve daily production rate and to secure no stoppage or faults arise during operation.
• Constant communication between maintenance and other process department
• Checking of equipments before taking in use during production process or unloading of batch
• Ensure optimum utilization of utilities power, raw material, packing material, manpower & other inputs to minimize expenditure and reduce cost of production.
• To ensure safety & environmental aspects are followed.
• Equipments that are handled are Reactors (GLR, SSR), Centrifuge, Steam jet ejector, Heat Exchangers, Vacuum Pumps, Distillation Column..
• Handling manpower and handling shift individually.
• Ensure Operation of plant as per SOP and BMR.

Compensation Details
Salary: 6.00 Lakh to 6.50 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
