Job Description:
> Applicants should be a Degree holder in an Engineering discipline preferred bio medics / environment / health with minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.

OR
> Applicants should be a Diploma holder in an Engineering preferred bio medics / environment / health with minimum 15 years of experience in this area are required.�
> Able to provide training in first-aid, firefighting, security and a general knowledge of fire fighting, Hazmat, emergency response and rescue and First-aid.
> Should possess excellent knowledge of firefighting, first-aid and security principles.
> Should be able to analyze situations, solve problems and process information logically and systematically.�
> Applicants should be able to :
* cooperate with other people in a team environment, Work with / support the reliability teams with OEE planning and CI to implement, sustain and�
improve processes utilizing Lean Manufacturing 6 principles, gain trust and encourage participation and new ideas.�
* convey a message and be clearly understood.�
* identify needs, support training and development efforts and share technical or professional expertise to help other people become more competent and effective.
* determining customers needs and finding solutions to those.
* promote and implement environment, health and safety policies.�
* participate and support Zero Harm Policy.
* build and sustain good working relationships, work effectively in a team environment.
