Job Location: Project Manager
Job Location: Saudi Arabia.

Purpose:  Prepares and follow up the plans and detailed programs for the projects execution within the contractual periods along with the regional manager and project manager.

Key Result Areas:

1. Follow up the projects execution and assure that the work is done according to the technical specifications and schedule.
2. Study technical problems that may occur and arrange to solve them.
3. Study the progress reports and forwards the comments / suggestions to Executive Manager.
4. Monitors the actual expenses in comparison with the budget and takes necessary action where ever required.
5. Advises the RM & PM to correct deviations (if any) for the project execution as compared to original schedule.
6. Visits periodically to project sites to assess the performances.
7. Coordinates between different projects sites with respect to re-distribution of resources.
8. For any additional resources, he is responsible to arrange them.
9. Collect and update information about projects under execution and report to Executive Manager about projects situations.
10.Regular monitor all projects under his span.

Qualification:

1. B.S. Civil Engineer.
2. At least 15 years experience in construction field.
3. Good at pc skills (MS. Windows, office and Internet).
4. Should has creative& innovative thinking, Initiative and resourcefulness, communication skills, leadership Skills, Problem solving & judgment, strategic thinking, resource management, impact & influence, team work.
5. Nationality: Arab, Indian and European.
