A prestigious manufacturing plant is looking for a Shift Team Leader  in requires to join its expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to provide support for all production activities in shift. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the change Management activities.

• Handle various manufacturing and Lean activities.

• Provide feedback to management team on process and safety  improvement.  

 Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or a Technical high school degree.

• At least 5 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing Industry In the GCC

• Available to work all shifts and good communication skills and Arabic.
