* BS or more in civil engineering.

* At least seven years experience in construction sites.

* A transferable Iqama.

* To be fluent in English & Arabic.

* To have full knowledge in AutoCAD, Surveying, Bar Bending Schedule, Scheduling (i.e. Microsoft�project), and Quality control & Quantity takeoff.

* Preferable to have knowledge in the city of Jeddah.
