Ref. HRM-M-09 - Reports to Group General Manager - A bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA in
HR would be an advantage - Minimum 15 years as a Human Resources Manager with proven track records - Plan, develop and
implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline,
grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation,
culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues) - Must be hands on problem solver
- Ability to handle Health & Safety matters and establish an HSE policies and procedures across the group. - Attention to
detail and follow-up ability - Possess Self confidence and dynamic personality - High level of organizing skills and full
understanding of Labor Laws globally and regionally. - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary
aspects of HR development - Develops and maintains productive staff relationship - Proven skills in time management and
prioritization of tasks - Experience must reflect team leadership roles and the ability to effectively manage the workflow of
multiple tasks with divergent requirements and deadlines. - Result oriented person - Good communication skills - Good spoken
and written English and Arabic is a must .
