• Review/Check/Prepare feasibility studies and budgets for proposed projects.
• Review/Check/Preparation of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying.
• Quantity take-off and materials surveying based on the plans and specifications.
• Review/Check/Prepare all tender documents such as BOQ, Specifications, Addendum, Tender Analysis and other tender documents.
• Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations.
• Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements.
• Review/Check/Prepare financial settlements for monthly report.
• Review/Check/Evaluate the final cost of the project and prepare Final Account with all supporting documents.
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum experience 8-10 years experience.
• B.Sc in Civil Engineering/Diploma.
• Strong skills in written and spoken English.
• Transferable Iqama
