Job Description:
Our client, a leading Mall Development, is seeking a Contract Manager. You will be responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes and delivering financial reporting, whist ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. This is a client facing role and you will ensure an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results, whilst overseeing all aspects of Contract / Construction activities.
The successful candidate must have at least 15 years experience in the Construction sector, at least 5 years of which has been as a Contract Manager, ideally working for a Contractor. You must have a strong educational background with a Masters Degree as a minimum (MBA holder preferred). You will come from a Quantity Surveying background and will be an excellent communicator at all levels.
