Our client, a global FMCG multinational company, currently seeks a field supervisor to join their expanding regional team.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will report to the UAE Country Manager. Your role will be to execute the marketing and sales plans across the entire Emirate of Abu Dhabi. You will work with your country manager to build a robust competivie plan to drive volume and profitability in this, the fastest growing and largest Emirate within the UAE business. You will closely monitor the availability, visibility, merchandising and distribution of your brands with a by customer, by channel strategy to grow share and profitability. You will closely monitor and report back on competitive activity in the market place and create tactical, short and long term strategies to defend and grow the business. You will work with the multifunctional team back at the Dubai head office to translate the national marketing and sales plan into a relevant and effective plan within Abu Dhabi.
