The main purpose of store supervisor is to support store manager in managing day-to-day store operations by implementing company business objectives, policies and procedures, and driving commercial performance for the purpose of achieving store objectives.
Requirement:
*Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent
*Minimal 5 years of occurrence in retail industry with one to two years in Store Supervisor role
*Must be Highly competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
*Extra ordinary numerical skills
*Having Excellence in the relationship building, decision making, influencing etc.
*Must be proficient in English (written & spoken)
*Strong communication skills
