We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

* Follow up with the customer in obtaining the executed documents
    and ensure the facility limits are loaded on the system.

* Monitor and regularise past dues by liaising with clients and
   operations.

* Follows up daily on pending and outstanding issues and ensure
   timely remediation.

* Inform clients about checks returned in clearing / discounted checks
   and ensure prompt delivery.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Good computer skills.

* One year experience in the similar field.

* Excellent communication skills in English.
